Shipping and Refunds/Returns

Shipping:  Please read shipping information carefully.  Most items sold by WBCH are custom made products and may take up to 4 weeks to make and ship.  Please allow enough time for your item to arrive.  We do our best to help you meet deadlines but please note that we can not guarantee shipments by a specific date due to many factors including but not limited to customer order process and carrier handling.

Refunds/ Returns:  ALL items are custom made to order when you purchase.  Therefore, we do not accept returns or give refunds on any items purchased.  If your item arrives defective, we will do all we can to help you file an insurance claim with the carrier, but we can not guarantee the outcome due to the carrier has the final say.
